We call to support our Palestinian comrade who is accused of three counts of assault on cops at demos and resisting arrest. These charges are typical means used by the state to silence dissent and punish those who dare to protest. This is not the first time he is dragged to court: his case is on review (Berufung), after unfortunately the comrade lost the hearing last July, and was condemned to 10 months of probation, an incredibly harsh sentence. This time, the german police state sends an astounding seven cops for yet another display of their witness-theater. So lets be many to show that no one is facing this repression alone!
