È in corso una vera e propria guerra psicologica per scoraggiare la partecipazione, colpire il dissenso e limitare il diritto costituzionale alla libertà di espressione e di manifestazione. Le mobilitazioni degli ultimi due anni — in particolare quelle di settembre e ottobre — hanno dimostrato la forza di questo movimento: scioperi generali, manifestazioni oceaniche, culminate il 4 ottobre a roma con oltre un milione di persone in piazza per la palestina. Un numero che ha spaventato il governo. Non è un caso che proprio in quella fase arriva il cosiddetto “piano di pace” di trump: un piano che di pace non ha nulla, un progetto apertamente colonialista, che punta alla cancellazione di gaza, alla sua “ricostruzione” sulle macerie e all’espulsione del popolo palestinese. Parallelamente, da destra alla cosiddetta sinistra, avanza un attacco legislativo senza precedenti. Sono sette i disegni di legge attualmente all’esame della commissione: quelli presentati da massimiliano romeo (lega), maurizio gasparri (forza italia), ivan scalfarotto (italia viva) e, già dal novembre scorso, anche da graziano delrio (partito democratico), a cui si sono aggiunti i testi di fratelli d’italia, movimento 5 stelle e noi moderati. È particolarmente grave il ruolo di delrio e dei firmatari del suo disegno di legge, che ritenendo “insufficiente” il ddl gasparri 1627, hanno scelto di superarlo a destra, presentando il ddl 1722, che rafforza ulteriormente l’equiparazione tra antisionismo e antisemitismo. Un salto di qualità repressivo che chiarisce l’obiettivo politico: mettere un vero e proprio bavaglio sulla palestina, colpire il movimento, rendere rischioso e perseguibile esprimere solidarietà al popolo palestinese e denunciare i crimini dello stato di israele.
