In questo contesto, nonostante l'impegno preso a luglio con una mozione per la rescissione di ogni accordo con Israele, il Comune di Napoli ospitava solo una settimana fa un criminale di genocidio, il Ministro degli Esteri Sionista Gideon Sa'ar. Davanti alla pressione da parte della mobilitazione nel richiedere spiegazioni e prese di responsabilità e nonostante questo lunedì, durante un presidio davanti a palazzo San Giacomo, sia stato consegnato un altro documento in cui si ribadiva il rispetto della mozione - non solo non c'è stata alcuna risposta da parte del Comune, ma ancora una volta la mozione non è stata rispettata. Da venerdì 24 a domenica 26 ottobre presso la Mostra d'Oltremare si tiene il PharmExpo. Un evento di rilievo internazionale, patrocinato da diverse istituzioni - tra cui il Comune di Napoli - e che ospita varie multinazionali come sponsor. Tra queste c'è anche TEVA. TEVA è un'azienda farmaceutica israeliana, leader nel settore dei farmaci generici e storicamente complice dell'occupazione sionista della Palestina. TEVA sostiene ideologicamente, materialmente ed economicamente l'esercito di occupazione, ha forti legami con l'apparato bellico e, infine, è stata al centro di numerose speculazioni sia in Palestina che nei nostri paesi. Sono parte del gruppo le controllate Cephalon, Ratiopharm e Dorom. Per questoTEVA è da anni oggetto di una campagna internazionale BDS che invita medici, farmacisti, pazienti e istituzioni ad astenersi dalla prescrizione, dall'acquisto e dalla rivendita di prodotti a marchio TEVA e delle controllate Cephalon, Ratiopharm e Dorom.
