During the Nakba at least 15,000 Palestinians were killed and over 750,000 displaced from their homes, this systematic ethnic cleansing was fueled by decades of British-Zionist collaboration in the physical, and cultural genocide of Palestinian Identity, which paved the way for the creation of the Zionist Entity. Come build community with us as we hear from community members on their family histories, hold space for a rememberance vigil, and reaffirm our solidarity with the Palestinian people who have been subject to almost two years of a genocidal campaign that has massacred and maimed hundreds of thousands of Palestinians in Gaza. Please bring a friend or family member. We will have supplies for candles and water, but you are encouraged to bring your own too as there will be a short rememberance march as part of the vigil.
