Im Westjordanland erlangt Israel durch neue Gesetze die totale Kontrolle, sogar über Gebiete, die zuvor von Palästinenser:innen „verwaltet“ wurden. Israel macht somit die Annexion palästinensischen Landes de-facto „legal“, während israelische Siedler:innen immer aggresiver und durch das Israelische Militär unterstützt, vesuchen, Palästinenser:innen von ihrem Land zu vertreiben. In Gaza wurden seit dem sogenannten „Waffenstillstand“ über 500 Palästinenser:innen getötet, Tausende sind noch immer vermisst, unter den Trümmern begraben oder wurden gar vollständig vaporisiert, ohne jegliche Überreste zurückzulassen. Israel verhindert weiterhin, dass ausreichende Hilfsgüter und Treibstoff nach Gaza gelangen, schränkt die Bewegungsfreiheit der Menschen ein und verkleinert ständig das Gebiet, das es als „sicher” bezeichnet. Internationale Journalist:innen dürfen nach wie vor nicht nach Gaza einreisen, während internationale humanitäre Organisationen in ihrer Arbeit behindert werden. Für den Rest Palästinas schafft das Apartheid-System aktuell weitere rassistische Gesetze, wie die Einführung der Todesstrafe ausschließlich für Palästinenser:innen und die gezielte Verfolgung sogar von Palästinensern:innen mit israelischer Staatsbürgerschaft, während gleichzeitig Verbrechen und Morde an Palästinensischen Menschen nicht weiter strafrechtlich verfolgt werden. Während all dies von den österreichischen Medien größtenteils ignoriert wird, müssen wir umso lauter werden! Hört nicht auf, über Palästina zu sprechen, und kommt zur Kundgebung diesen Samstag!!!
