Αύριο, Δευτέρα 2.06.2025, στο δημοτικό συμβούλιο του Ηράκλειου θα συζητηθεί το ψήφισμα που έχουμε υπογράψει εκατοντάδες κάτοικοι και που έχει κατατεθεί εδώ και -παραπάνω από- ένα μήνα από τη Συνέλευση Αλληλεγγύης στον Παλαιστινιακό Λαό, με βασικό αίτημα τη στήριξη για άμεση κατάπαυση του πυρός στην Παλαιστίνη και τον τερματισμό κάθε οικονομικής και στρατιωτικής συνεργασίας της Κρήτης με το σιωνιστικό κράτος του Ισραήλ. Στόχος του ψηφίσματος είναι ο Δήμος του Ηρακλείου, να σπάσει επιτέλους τη σιωπή που διατηρεί εδώ και 19 μήνες από την έναρξη της γενοκτονίας (προκαλώντας τη ντροπή και την οργή των πολιτών της πόλης που εκπροσωπεί), να συνταχθεί με τους υπόλοιπους 30 δήμους της ελληνικής επικράτειας που έχουν πάρει σαφή θέση ενάντια σε αυτό που συμβαίνει, και να ενταθεί η άσκηση πίεσης προς την ελληνική κυβέρνηση, που υποστηρίζει σθεναρά και με κάθε τρόπο αυτή τη γενοκτονία. Deutschland unterstützt dabei mit allen Mitteln: durch Waffenlieferungen und politisch. Dafür steht Deutschland unter Anklage vor dem IGH. Aber die BRD geht auch innenpolitisch massiv gegen alle vor, die sich für die Rechte der Palästinenser:innen einsetzen: durch Zensur, Medienhetze, Demo-Verbote, Polizeigewalt, Vereinsverbote, Anzeigen und Abschiebungen.
