PORTA NUOVA (BG) VENERDÌ 16 GENNAIO 17H PRESIDIO In vista dell’udienza finale del processo nei confronti di Anan Yaeesh, che si terrà il 16 gennaio al tribunale dell’Aquila, rispondiamo alla chiamata alla mobilitazione da parte del comitato @free_anan scendendo in piazza a Bergamo per chiedere la liberazione immediata di Anan Yaeesh e di tutti i prigionieri dello stato per il loro sostegno alla causa palestinese: Mohamed Shahin, Ahmad Salem, Tarek Dridi e Mohammed Hannoun. Da più di due anni Anan Yaeesh si trova nelle carceri italiane su richiesta dell’entità sionista e, con Alì Irar e Mansour Doghmosh, sta subendo un processo che mostra ancora una volta la totale complicità dello stato italiano nel genocidio in corso e nella criminalizzazione della legittima resistenza palestinese. Nella scorsa udienza l’accusa ha chiesto 12 anni di carcere per Anan, 9 per Alì e 7 per Mansour. Tarek Dridi si trova nel carcere di Regina Coeli per aver partecipato alla manifestazione del 5 ottobre 2024 ed è stato condannato a 4 anni e 8 mesi con rito abbreviato il 14 aprile. Ahmad Salem, attualmente nel carcere di Rossano Calabro, è accusato di “terrorismo della parola” solamente per aver pubblicato un video in cui esortava i palestinesi e gli arabi in Cisgiordania ed in Libano ad agire per Gaza. Mohamed Shahin è stato rinchiuso lo scorso novembre nel CPR di Caltanissetta ; ora finalmente libero dal CPR rischia, oltre alla revoca del permesso di soggiorno, un decreto di espulsione in Egitto, dove l’Imam di Torino è noto come dissidente del regime collaborazionista e torturatore di Al-Sisi. Anan Yaeesh è un partigiano palestinese che ha lottato per la liberazione del suo popolo contro uno "Stato" sionista occupante, oppressore e violento. La sua posizione, come quella di migliaia di altre persone in Palestina, è riconosciuta dalle risoluzioni Onu. LA RESISTENZA AGLI OCCUPANTI È UN DIRITTO. LA RESISTENZA NON SI CONDANNA.

Il PM ha chiesto 28 anni di carcere complessivi per “associazione con finalità di terrorismo” per fatti avvenuti in Cisgiordania, giudicati dall’Italia senza tener conto dell’occupazione, dei coloni illegali e delle violazioni accertate del diritto internazionale. Nel processo sono stati esclusi tutti gli elementi di contesto. Per Ali e Mansour non viene contestata alcuna azione concreta: legami personali, messaggi, video e interesse per ciò che accade in Palestina vengono trattati come reati. Anan, già condannato in passato da una corte militare israeliana a pene molto inferiori per fatti più gravi, rischia oggi 12 anni di carcere. È un processo che mostra la collaborazione tra Stato italiano e Israele nella repressione della resistenza palestinese anche fuori dai territori occupati. Eine diesbezügliche parlamentarische Anfrage war wenig mehr als eine tautologisch-bürokratische Verarsche. Ein Ministerium verweist im Kreis auf das andere, um schließlich zum Ergebnis zu kommen, dass Israel auf keiner (selbsterstellten) Liste von Ländern steht, in die Rüstungsexporte problematisch wären. Es handelt sich dennoch um einen Verstoß gegen den Geist der verfassungsgemäßen Neutralität sowie möglicherweise gegen das Außenhandels-, sowie Kriegsmaterialgesetz. Die Anwältin Astrid Wagner hat daher eine Sachverhaltsdarstellung bei der Staatsanwaltschaft eingebracht. Otto attivisti sono detenuti preventivamente in modo illegale. Tre di loro sono in sciopero della fame e in pericolo di morte immediata. Non si tratta di un rischio astratto: le loro condizioni sono critiche, irreversibili, ogni giorno può essere l’ultimo. Lo Stato britannico si sta assumendo consapevolmente la responsabilità politica e materiale di ciò che potrebbe accadere. -Heba è al 67° giorno di sciopero della fame, con gravi danni fisici e neurologici. -Kamran è al 60° giorno, con problemi cardiaci e perdita dell’udito. -Lewie, attivista diabetico, è al 46° giorno di sciopero della fame intermittente. Stanno mettendo il proprio corpo tra la vita e la morte perché ogni altra forma di giustizia è stata loro negata. La loro fame è fame di giustizia. Per questo mercoledì 14 gennaio saremo in presidio, per esprimere solidarietà agli attivisti in sciopero della fame e denunciare le responsabilità dirette dello Stato che quell’ambasciata rappresenta. La Gran Bretagna è storicamente complice del genocidio del popolo palestinese: dalla Dichiarazione di Balfour al sostegno politico, militare ed economico a Israele oggi. La repressione contro Palestine Action è la prosecuzione diretta di questa complicità. Ma la repressione è globale. I governi occidentali, l’Unione Europea e l’Italia sono complici del genocidio.
