They are neither criminals nor heroes – they are among the growing number of everyday people taking matters into their own hands. This action marked a much-needed escalation, considering the last two years of the Zionist entity's non-stop genocidal slaughter of Palestinians in Gaza and other occupied territories in Palestine. This was primarily accomplished with weapons and technology manufactured by Elbit Systems, whose global profits increased by 50% to 300 million euros in 2024 compared to the previous year. In continuing its repression of solidarity with Palestine, the German state is now alleging that our comrades are part of a “criminal organisation” (§129) on top of the expected charges of trespassing and destruction of property. The authoritarian state has made this accusation against leftist groups in the past. It is now attempting to use the same pretense of "organized crime" to further criminalize and surveil the pro-Palestine movement. We will not give in to scare tactics. With Samidoun being labelled as a terrorist organisation, the BDS Movement being designated as extremist, and Red. Media being censored and its founder punished with EU sanctions, we have seen increasingly absurd efforts to punish solidarity with Palestine. These smear campaigns target our Palestinian, Arab and Muslim comrades most violently, often ending with prison sentences, censorship and deportations. SOLIDARITY MEANS WE DON'T LEAVE ANYONE BEHIND!
