In this workshop we will look at one of the most common legitimation mechanisms of colonialism (White Saviousim) and try to analyse how colonial thinking patterns shape various leftist individuals outlook on political issues. In order to do that we will examine how missionary discourse legitimizes itself by looking at authors such as Ramon Llull, Valentin-Yves Mudimbe, Aimé Césaire and Jasbir Puar.
