Ancora una volta, accusatori e giudici rendono evidente la complicità dello Stato italiano con l’entità sionista, chiamando a deporre proprio il rappresentante di un potere coloniale responsabile della violenza contro il nostro popolo. I nostri prigionieri continuano la loro lotta non solo sul campo sociale e politico, ma anche dietro le sbarre e nei tribunali. Questi ultimi si confermano, giorno dopo giorno, come una caricatura della giustizia. Lo Stato italiano si illude se pensa di spezzare la nostra unità. L’accusa non è riuscita a dimostrare nulla, se non ciò che sapevamo già: Anan è un partigiano, e lo Stato italiano si comporta come esecutore degli interessi sionisti. Ma noi non abbiamo mai avuto dubbi. La nostra lotta e la nostra Resistenza sono legittime: i nostri prigionieri sono la nostra guida, e insieme continuiamo a opporci all’oppressione per la liberazione. La storia delle lotte di liberazione insegna che la libertà dei prigionieri non arriva dall’alto, ma grazie alla forza collettiva, alla solidarietà dal basso e alla capacità dei popoli di resistere. Chi sostiene la Palestina e la sua Resistenza non può sottrarsi al dovere di battersi per la liberazione di Anan. Nella stessa giornata, il 21 novembre, si terrà anche l’udienza d’appello per Tarek, arrestato pochi giorni dopo aver partecipato alla manifestazione del 5 ottobre 2024. Non lasceremo indietro nessuno: ci mobiliteremo anche per lui, che da oltre un anno è detenuto per aver preso parte a un corteo in sostegno della Palestina e della sua resistenza. Il 21 novembre invitiamo tutte e tutti a partecipare: - al presidio per Tarek, a Piazzale Clodio (Roma), alle 10:00 - al presidio davanti al Tribunale de L’Aquila, alle 9:30 - oppure a mobilitarsi nelle proprie città in solidarietà con i prigionieri.
