Saint Helena Park, Dundalk, Baltimore Wednesday, October 1 5 PM Join PYM DMV for a support rally in solidarity with the Global Sumud Flotilla and with dockworkers across the Mediterranean refusing to let their ports be used for genocide. On September 22, dockworkers in Italy led a nationwide general strike in solidarity with the Flotilla leading to the shutdown of port operations and public transit in over 75 italian cities. From Italy to Morocco, Spain to Greece, workers are taking bold action to block military shipments to Israel. Their message is clear: There will be no harbors for genocide. Actions across the Mediterranean have shown the immense power dockworkers hold to interrupt the supply chain of death. We’re mobilizing at the Port of Baltimore where Maersk, complicit in the transport of weapons components to Israel, continues to operate. Stand with us to demand safe passage for the Flotilla, an end to the flow of weapons to Israel, and in solidarity with international workers refusing to be complicit in genocide.
