La persecuzione politica e giuridica di Georges Abdallah da parte dello Stato francese e dei suoi complici - Stati Uniti e regime sionista - è motivata dal desiderio di vendetta nei confronti di un militante che non ha mai tradito il suo impegno rivoluzionario nonostante i 40 anni di carcere. Poiché rappresenta ancora oggi una figura viva della resistenza, lo Stato francese e i suoi complici cercano di spezzare ciò che incarna: un rifiuto categorico di sottomettersi all'ordine coloniale e imperialista. La sua detenzione si inserisce in una strategia imperialista di partecipazione attiva al genocidio e alla colonizzazione in Palestina e alla criminalizzazione delle resistenze nel mondo. In Palestina, in Kanak, nelle Filippine, in Francia, in Italia e altrove, le carceri sono strumenti di guerra contro i movimenti di liberazione, le organizzazioni rivoluzionarie, e i/le militanti. Mentre il genocidio e la colonizzazione si intensificano in Palestina, mentre la coraggiosa resistenza del popolo palestinese non cede di fronte alla macchina da guerra imperialista, in un contesto di repressione generalizzata nei centri imperialisti – scioglimento di organizzazioni, divieti di manifestazione, procedimenti giudiziari – scendiamo in piazza in vista dell'udienza decisiva del prossimo 19 giugno.
